Krissi was born in Yorkshire. She later moved to Dorset where she lives on The Isle of Purbeck with her husband Bob.

After spending 20 years in the world of estate agency she retired. So, with the family grown up, she found herself free to indulge her love of walking, gardening and voluntary work.

Krissi also decided that she would fulfil a long-held desire and write. After being involved in local literary groups she took the plunge and produced her first novel.
